Initial/Comprehensive Clinical Assessment: $200.00
Follow up Sessions: $185.00
Same day full payment discounted rate: $140.00
Insurance
I am and In Network provider with most Aetna, BCBS plans (excluding Blue Home, Blue Local, and Healthy Blue), Amierhealth NEXT (marketplace). If you’re unsure which plan you have, it is usually listed on the front of your card.

I am NOT In Network with Medicaid (Vaya, Partners, UHC Community, Wellcare, Healthy Blue) or Medicare/ Advantage plans. Those plans typically also do not offer out of network benefits.

Call the number on the back of your card for verification on your specific plan.
For other private insurance plans, I offer a super bill for out of network reimbursement— this means that you pay the full amount upfront and then I provide a “superbill” (similar to a receipt) that you submit to insurance. Your insurance company will send a reimbursement check to you based on your plan’s out of network coverage.
Payment is expected at the start of each session. For your convenience, you are able to enter your credit or debit card into the Simple Practice secure portal for AutoPay. I am able to take American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and HSA/FSA cards.
Cancellation policy:
Please remember to cancel your appointment at least 24-hours in advance to avoid being charged a $50 Late Cancellation fee. This allows me time to schedule someone from my wait list or make arrangements necessary as I have allotted and planned to use this time for our session. To cancel your appointment, please log in to the secure portal to send a secure message, or text me at (704)286-6608.
No Calls/No Shows are charged $50.00.
Sliding Scale:
For those without insurance or financial difficulties, I am able to offer a limited number of sliding scale/ reduced rate spots. We can discuss availability of reduced rate spots during your 15 minute consultation.
Immigration Evaluations: $600.00
Other Considerations:
I do not provide custody evaluations or recommendations for Court. I do not provide ESA (Emotional Support Animal) letters. Please inquire regarding fees for court appearances (including preparation and consultation for court), letters of recommendations, summaries of treatment etc.
